We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all headphones and earbuds. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Remove the earbuds from the charging case and ensure they are in pairing mode. Open your device's Bluetooth settings and select your Skullcandy product from the list of available devices.
What is your return policy?
